The Class

This course is a transformative practice designed to help you process, release, and rebalance emotions through movement, breath, and meditation. Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, this course explores the five main emotions—anger, worry, grief, fear, and anxiety—and their connection to the liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and heart.

Across eight guided videos, you’ll learn targeted Qi Gong movements, healing sounds, and breathwork to clear emotional stagnation and restore harmony. Two deep meditations will help integrate the practice, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more in flow with yourself and life.

When I created this program, I focused on the power of emotional detox—not just to release stuck emotions, but to restore balance, increase energy, and bring a deeper sense of calm and clarity. Every step is designed to be gentle, effective, and easy to follow, no matter where you are on your journey. This isn’t about forcing emotions out—it’s about moving through them with awareness and ease. Your Instructor

With a background in environmental engineering and extensive training in nutrition and holistic health, I’ve built a teaching philosophy that blends detoxification with natural wellness. My education—from UCL to Johns Hopkins—gave me a strong scientific foundation, which I’ve combined with hands-on experience as a certified nutrition consultant and yin yoga instructor. Along the way, I authored two recipe books, packed with nourishing insights, to help others fuel both body and mind.

My passion for deepening health knowledge led me to master Chinese Dietary Therapy, reinforcing my commitment to holistic well-being at every stage of life. Most recently, I added Qi Gong certification to my toolkit, refining my ability to integrate this ancient practice into powerful detox strategies. I’m fully invested in each student’s wellness journey and dedicated to guiding others toward their highest potential through the art of detox.
