About the Book
These healthy recipes took me approximately 6 years to create and refine. I was initally vegan, before slowly adding animal foods into my diet. That's why the majority of my recipes are vegan, however if you are am omnivore, you'll find that my recipes can harmoniously compliment your diet, either as sides, appetizers or occasional meals.
All desserts are easy to make, are actually nutritious and leave you feeling light!
