The Class

Qi Gong offers a powerful way to cultivate yin energy, inviting stillness, softness, and deep restoration into the body. Through slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness, we release tension, quiet the mind, and nourish the body. This practice soothes the nervous system, grounds the energy, and restores the fluid, receptive qualities of yin—helping you feel more centered, present, and deeply at ease.

"The Art of Slowing Down" is a 45-minute guided Qi Gong practice designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. We begin with a free-flow warm-up, gently awakening the body and preparing the energy to move. Then, we transition into slow, intentional Qi Gong exercises for the five main organs, helping to balance emotions and cultivate deep inner harmony. The practice closes with a soothing 7-minute meditation, grounding your energy and leaving you feeling calm, centered, and fully refreshed. ✨
